Water gardens have always been associated with peacefulness and regality, and on June 2 the public will get the chance to see some of the best Central Texas has to offer.

The annual Parade of the Ponds is hosted by The Heart of Texas Water Garden and Pond Society wth all proceeds going to towards helping the Waco wetlands.

Throughout the weekend 17 ponds will be open for the public to see, featuring a variety of water features, ponds, a diverse array of plants and flowers, and even various animals.

Tickets cost $5 per person with kids under 12 getting in for free.
